  2. Find your advisor name below.
  3. Download “mezuniyet onay formu_bahar”
  4. Download “örnek mezuniyet onay formu”
  5. Following the example form, fill in the “mezuniyet onay formu” according to your transcript.
  6. Submit your “mezuniyet onay formu” until 23 January 2019 23:00.
