• If you failed a course (either must or elective) before 2018 fall & want to adapt this failed course with the passed one (which you have passed before 2018 fall semester),
• If you passed a course (either must or elective) before 2018 fall & want to adapt this course with the one from new curriculum,

Then, you must send the list of these courses to your academic advisors via email until this Monday (1^st of October) 09:00 a.m.
