To the attention of students who will do summer internships;
You should fill the form and signed by your company (digital signs are accepted):

For the students marked in green color: There is no change in the dates.
For the students marked in orange color: The internship dates have been changed to fulfill 20 working days. Please take note of the new dates.
For the students marked in red color: You cannot start the internship before 18.07.2022! You have to change your internship dates and send your new dates to commission members (Selin Aktan, Fulya Özbey, Özge Başağaç) until 24.06.2022 (tomorrow) 12:30. Otherwise your internship will not be approved due to insurance process.
